飼養牡丹鸚鵡

我最近買了一隻牡丹鸚鵡的幼鳥，
他的毛已經長好，快變成成鳥了，
但是他都一直很害怕，我靠近他就避開，
到底要怎樣才能與他培養感情呢？
他的大便淡黃色和黑色的水狀，
該怎麼辦呢？
他的羽毛已健全，要洗澡嗎？
他要剪羽嗎？
如果出去玩，他可以坐車嗎？
