父母親要贈與880萬
現金在母親那邊
所以母親先移轉440給父親
父母親在分別贈與220給長子 跟長媳
長媳再把440匯給長子
◎這樣長子拿到880是否不用繳稅?!
◎需要申報嗎?!

另外如果
父母親要贈與土地給與子女
除了贈與稅
◎需要契稅 跟 土增稅嗎?!
