美軍士兵曼寧犯下間諜罪 利敵罪不成立

美國軍事法庭今天宣判，美軍士兵曼寧（Bradley Manning）犯了幾項間諜罪，但是「利敵罪」不成立。

曼寧數年前洩漏大批美國政府機密文件給維基解密網站（WikiLeaks）。

曼寧從2009年到2010年5月被捕為止，在伊拉克擔任情報分析員，他把大批美國關於伊拉克和阿富汗戰爭機密，約70萬份外交電報和軍方機密報告發送給維基解密網站。

25歲的曼寧承認犯下10項較輕的罪，包括間諜罪和電腦詐欺罪，最高可判處20年有期徒刑。

但如果他被控最重的一項「利敵罪」被定罪，則曼寧可能得在獄中度過餘生。但其他罪名，也可能使他被判監禁154年。定罪後，量刑審判明天展開。
