我6/21到公司上班，8/3臨時離職，未預先告知僱主，和公司有員工僱主同意書，主管說這就算正式員工，需7天前告知才算正式離職否則會扣薪，但勞基法規定未滿3個月不需預先告知，僱主亦不可押扣員工薪水，這樣的話我需要走勞基法還是公司的員工僱主同意書?

請懂勞基法、勞資雙方的大大解答一下...謝謝!!!!......^^
