說來很扯, 除了存放款利差外, 金控主要的獲利來源就是 壓榨集團的員工, 上面只要一句話, 丟一個CODA, 那麼, 保險, 基金, 就要賣到CODA 請問一個員工如何同時又會證券又會保險又會賣基金? 他們不言明的意思就是, 賣不出去, 你就自己吃下來吧! 吃不下來, 就晚上開會, 六日上課. 簡直是在奴役員工, 如果, 上層覺得只要一個命令下達, 這些CODA自動就會完成.. 那麼經營企業還需要什麼技巧? 你只要躺著幹就行了~ 這種不長進的血汗企業, 如何讓人真得疼入心, 進而去支持他們? 搖頭~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.230.139.246
