有關於2014年考選預官

小弟今年大三要生大四，畢業後暫無升學打算

想說考個預官，但聽說預官制已經取消了?是嗎?

但後來去問教官，教官回答說還是可以考，不過只是一個資格而已..???

有點聽不太懂，

想問看看

1.到底還有沒有預官制度

2.預官福利與一般服兵役福利較大的差別

3.若要準備考試，該如何下手以及考試日期
