其實是使用後的心得推薦 久聞美金豪的美名 但網路搜尋都找不到心得文 原來是他們只有facebook 沒有官網 之前板上有人詢問健身中心的事 看到其他鄉民推美金豪 所以8/6 我就去報名月卡了 器材很新 因為5/10才開幕的 其實我不希望美金豪人越來越多 我很怕擁擠的感覺 但又覺得world gym的品質太差 不希望大家吃虧 以下是我拿DM的資訊 收費：不綁約 免會費 免手續費 免月費 三種收費標準 單次收費80元 不限使用時間 20次票卡1400 元 可多人使用同一張 期限3個月 月卡1000元 限本人使用，請自備一張2吋照片(不需要大頭照 生活照頭小一點就行了) 在新竹市東大路二段83號2樓 東大路與經國路交叉口的加油站旁的台新銀行樓上 03:533-2468 我8/6辦月卡至今去了兩次，一次是早上七點，一次是下午四點，上午人超少， 下午人變多，但聽說晚上下班時間過後就超多了。營業時間很長：6:00~24:00 健身器材總數為新竹市第一 我第一次去辦月卡就順便運動，要記得穿運動服裝，自備水壺跟毛巾。 那裡也有體脂計 量了以後登記 一個月後再量 看看有沒有變化 OMRON的體脂計 可以量身體年齡 應該是最新型的機型 騎機車的話，附近停車很方便，開車的話停文化中心的停車場或是東大路邊的也很方便。 希望大家都能在夏天穿美美的衣服，運動是一輩子的事，減肥也是。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.204.2.76
