國王誤赦西國性侵犯 摩洛哥民眾再上街

數百名摩洛哥人7日再次上街，抗議國王穆罕默德六世(King Mohammed VI)一度特赦西班牙戀童癖罪犯賈爾萬(Daniel Galvan Vina)，並且要求司法能更加獨立。

60歲的賈爾萬因為性侵至少11名4歲至15歲的兒童，而被判處30年有期徒刑，並在2011年入監服刑。但穆罕默德六世應西班牙國王璜．卡洛斯一世(Juan Carlos)的要求，最近特赦了包括賈爾萬在內的48名西班牙犯人。賈爾萬隨後在1日離開摩洛哥。

此事激起摩洛哥民眾的憤慨，認為這項特赦是國際恥辱。數千名摩洛哥人2日上街抗議。

為了平息眾怒，穆罕默德六世於4日撤銷對賈爾萬的特赦，並於6日接見受害者家屬，表達對他們的同情。賈爾萬也在5日於西班牙東南部城市穆西亞(Murcia)遭到逮捕，被帶到西班牙國家法庭。

儘管如此，摩洛哥民眾7日仍聚集在首都拉巴特的國會大廈前面示威。他們平和地遊行，警方則是保持靜默，並未像2日那樣動手驅離抗議民眾。

示威民眾這次要求當局就曾經作出的錯誤特赦提出充分解釋。
