我剛滿30歲
愛美的我嘗試過很多減重方式
包含中醫、西醫、運動、少吃等等
幾乎都嘗試過了
有的有瘦但是卻復胖，或是遇到停滯期
胖胖瘦瘦的體型讓我非常困擾
衣服常常都不能穿
上班族沒時間去健身房減肥
我看著我身邊朋友天生都很瘦
我好羨慕他們可以穿洋裝和短裙
我在網路上找到減重方式
使用營養調整與熱量控制的方式
我總共瘦了13公斤
現在是我瘦身成功第4年
每天穿的美美的去上班真的很開心
期待也可以幫助更多愛美的女生
