不能開機的舊手機可以賣嗎?

我住在新竹，最近發現家裡有很多支壞掉了而且不能開機的舊手機(非智慧型)，想要拿去賣掉可是又不知道可不可以賣.....

請問新竹有哪邊是可以賣這種手機的嗎?有人有在收購嗎?

手邊的型號有:

LG KF310 . LG KP275 (兩隻一起買的電池、手機充電器各有一個，但只有KF310 有備用電池)

LG F2300 . UNIC S600(有旅充.備用電池) . NEC N550I(可開機.有充電器.)

大部分，除了LG F2300 外都有充電器或備用電池.
