旅長會議 范佐憲否認串證

（中央社記者王鴻國、邱俊欽桃園8日電）洪仲丘頭七前，旅長曾召集開會，范佐憲在羈押庭上強調沒有串證，旅長只是要求他們致祭時，對家屬態度要誠懇。 陸軍下士洪仲丘疑遭虐死案，檢方抗告成功，高等軍事法院從昨晚重開羈押庭，審理前542旅副旅長何江忠，前542旅旅部連連長徐信正、前542旅上士范佐憲，決定是否再次羈押。

法庭雙方攻防焦點，鎖定在當初何江忠是否與徐信正、范佐憲等人是否有勾串證詞。

審判長審完徐信正、何江忠後，因為時間已超過凌晨2時45分，為顧及審理品質與訴訟程序，范佐憲的羈押庭改於上午9時10分開庭。

由於542旅旅長沈威志曾於洪仲丘頭七前召集相關人開會，是否涉及串證？引起庭上攻防，范佐憲否認有提到任何內容。

范佐憲說，旅長只交代他們晚間去洪家前，8時先到586旅集合，以及當晚要穿什麼衣服，要求大家對家屬要誠懇，他說「印象中只想到這些」。1020808
