〔自由時報記者葉永騫、陳慧萍／綜合報導〕恆春籍膠筏「蔡田號」三日在鵝鑾鼻南方約七十八公里處遭到菲律賓公務船扣押，船長蔡波及船隻被押到菲律賓第七小島，目前人船平安，外交部獲報已進行救援。蔡接受中央社訪問時，批評菲方「簡直像強盜」。

外交部亞太司副司長周穎華說，他已和蔡波通過電話，蔡指目前人身安全沒有問題，「只是沒有東西吃」；經我方反映，菲方已立即提供蔡波飲食等應有待遇。至於被扣留原因，我駐處還在了解查證中。

由船長蔡波獨自一人駕駛的恆春籍膠筏蔡田號，三日下午在鵝鑾鼻南方約七十八公里處，遭到荷槍實彈的菲律賓海巡小艇以涉嫌侵入海域為由扣押，將人船押往菲律賓第七小島。

四日下午蔡波打電話向海巡署等單位求救，指出船隻航行的地點在我國經濟海域內，菲海巡人員登船後將船上所有的東西拿走，留下手機可以通訊，盼相關單位協助救援。我駐菲代表處已派員前往了解進行救援。
