急!急!!急 電熱水器問題((租屋))

最近 在外面租房子  入住馬上發生電熱水器壞掉  於是房東幫我換掉   但房東換的是儲熱式電熱水器   問題來了?? 每次一打開開關 的確會加熱  可是 上面的溫度儀表板要到100度才會斷電停止加熱   可是 明明上面貼紙寫說65度就停止加熱  為什麼 到100度才斷ㄟ((所以一超過65度我覺得就有危險))     而且問房東 房東還說正常   我覺得總是怪怪的?? 還有  就是  一般洗澡不是都會用塑膠管的蓮蓬頭  請問當100度的純熱水經過  會產生致癌物質嗎??     拜託 請了解的人 幫小第一個大忙謝謝((  如果 需要 電熱水器型號品牌  請在留言    感恩))

你好
一般電熱式熱水器
無論是儲熱或是瞬熱
溫度設定大約在50~70度左右
別說沸點100度的水了
40度的水都燙到哇哇叫
更何況到了100度才斷開
這根本就是飲水機嘛。。
熱水長時間經過塑膠管
勢必會釋放有毒物質的。
溫度那麼絕對不是正常的
為了你的人身安全
建議你向房東反應。
更換！
