泰國水患 150萬人受災

（中央社記者林憬屏曼谷2013年9月24日專電）泰國持續大雨，防減災廳（Disaster Prevention andMitigation）今天指出，全泰已有23省淹水，150萬人受到影響，也造成至少9人死亡。

「曼谷郵報」（Bangkok Post）即時新聞報導，曼谷北邊的巴太省（Pathum Thani）已有1條運河溢流，淹沒超過1000戶人家；柯叻省（Nakhon Ratchasima）的湄南水庫（Chao Phraya Dam）開始洩洪，以防備上游洪水抵達造成水患。

大城省（Ayutthaya）灌溉計畫主任麥瑞（MaitriPitanon）指出，大城水患蔓延到8個縣，有些地區最高水位達1到2公尺。

泰國氣象廳預估大雨會持續到月底，尤其北部省分要防範豪雨。

副總理普巴碩（Plodprasop Suraswadi）表示，水患情勢仍受到控制，目前水量遠低於2011年大水患發生的時候。

普巴碩表示，今年水災大約是2年前水患的1/3，這次水患是因為大雨不斷造成，像巴真武里省（BrachinBuri）的卡平布里縣（Kabin Buri）就遭遇26年來最大的雨量。

他強調，泰國政府有能力控制水勢。

泰國當局加速抽水緩和各地災情，普巴碩預估，如果大雨沒有再持續，未來3天水患情況應該會改善。
