協商未果 王金平：按程序讓江上台

立法院今天（24號）再度因為是否要讓行政院長江宜樺道歉上台報告問題，進行朝野協商。但立法院長王金平中午受訪時表示，雖然協商並沒有達成共識，但下午他一定要照程序進行，無論下午演變如何，他都將邀請江宜樺上台報告。

王金平說：『我一定要依照程序走，就是要處理完報告事項，那報告事項處理完以後呢，就是按照議事日程所安排的，邀請江院長上台報告。（不管民進黨要求道歉前提是否還在？）對，我還是照程序走。』

王金平提到，包括行政院副院長毛治國、行政院祕書長陳威仁都有參與協商，也聽取了在野黨的主張，並且各自攜帶並交換文書資料做為憑據，讓雙方能利用午休時間討論考量後續如何應對。
