坑洞害婦人摔骨折　中和區公所國賠20萬

【孫友廉／新北報導】60餘歲李姓婦人前年6月2日晚間7時許，到新北市中和區大勇街附近的黃昏市場買菜，由於修路出現塌陷坑洞，造成李婦跌倒，左腳踝骨折、背痛與右膝挫傷，要求中和區公所國賠40萬餘元。
 
因李婦提出就醫診斷書，並有吳姓女菜販當場目擊李婦跌倒，作證說由於修路出現凹洞，雖有鋪木板，但也看過其他騎機車、腳踏車的人經過而跌倒，新北地院判決中和區公所須賠償醫療費、計程車費共3千餘元，看護費8萬4千元與精神慰撫金12萬元，總計20萬餘元確定。
