教養院涉凌虐 員工哽咽挺院長

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣8日電）苗栗親民教養院被控涉嫌凌虐院生，院內社工今天哽咽表示，老師對部分院生實在拉不動才請院長協助，院長不會存心傷害院生。

苗栗縣私立親民啟能教養院發生不當管教案，院長周本錡遭控對院生毆打施暴，引發各界撻伐；教養院一名任職約10年的社工上午出面相挺院長，她語帶哽咽表示，院內有2、3名院生情緒暴躁時，無法控制，老師實在拉不動，才會請院長協助。

社工表示，院長的個性大而化之，常跟院生玩，不會存心傷害院生，如今被批評成這樣，「以前付出的愛心全部毀於一旦」。

她指出，教養院照顧院生很不容易，對於昨天被帶走的院生，有人待了10年左右，感到很捨不得。

有兩名家屬今天上午前往探視院生，都說沒看過院長打人，也相信院方不會再犯，目前不考慮轉院。1021008
