今天剛去面試 業務人員 做五穀雜糧原料的進口商 大陸越南皆有工廠 公司成立很久 一個月營業額近10億 員工福利很好 相處氣氛好 有進修課程免費上 內勤人員年終有4,5個月 外勤人員有70% 年薪百萬 油錢實報實銷 補助5000折舊+里程*0.8元保養費 但業務人員如果沒這產業的經驗要從內勤做起 看學習了多少 能力夠又有缺就會升上去 但如果業績一直沒達到會請你走路 但他的內勤是倉管 開堆高機和原物料分級 總公司在北部 中南部都有分公司 然後能升上去當主管的都是從內勤做起 內勤薪水28000隔周休 加班有加班費 不會開堆高級會教你讓你去考照 外勤薪水沒經驗30000+業績獎金 一個月要做2~3000萬業績 因為他開的職缺 有倉管人員 中區業務 業務儲備幹部 很怕又是一個畫大餅的公司 希望有知道這家公司的板友可以分享一下 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.106.30
