DNA比對 華府自焚男子身份確認

在經過DNA比對和牙齒就醫紀錄比對後，美國警方已經確認上周在華府國家廣場(National Mall)自焚死亡的男子身份。

哥倫比亞特區警察發言人艾拉里(Araz Alali)7日在一項記者會中宣布，自焚死亡的男子是來自紐澤西州羅瑞山(Mount Laurel，New Jersey)的康斯坦提諾(John Constantino)，今年64歲。

康斯坦提諾是在4日下午在國家廣場中心地帶，拿一罐汽油往身上澆，然後引火自焚，雖然被緊急以直昇機運送到華盛頓醫院中心救治，但仍在4日晚上傷重不治。

警方還在調查康斯坦提諾自焚的動機。
