桃機清潔工偷吃不起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】桃園國際機場外包清潔公司王姓清潔工（53歲）今年4月28日晚間因連續工作而肚子餓，在第一航廈櫃檯偷竊「農牧產品棄置箱」（供旅客攜帶未經檢疫的農牧產品拋棄之用，並由防檢局統一銷毀）內的芒果、肉鬆蛋捲、蘋果等物食用，吃不完地就丟到一般垃圾桶，案經航警局據報查獲依竊盜罪送辦。

桃園地檢署考量王姓清潔工坦承犯行，深表悔悟，且係一時飢餓才偷吃，其情亦堪憫恕，依職權不予起訴處分。
