阿斯匹靈新用途　製成面膜可敷臉

【於慶中／綜合報導】歷史悠久的止痛藥阿斯匹靈(Aspirin)，除了是感冒、發燒，頭痛時的常見藥品外，原來也可當作女士的護膚品。

用阿斯匹靈製成的面膜，在國外已經流行一段時間，美國維吉尼亞州女子諾丁漢(Beth Nottingham)親自做白老鼠，將5粒阿士匹靈輾醉，並混入蜜糖以及脫脂優酪乳中，製成舒緩保濕面膜。每星期敷兩次，每次10至20分鐘，乾透後用溫水濕毛巾擦掉即可，據說立刻讓人感到肌膚又軟又滑。諾丁漢連敷3個月，飽受酒糟暗瘡困擾的她，形容皮膚從來未如此好過。

阿斯匹靈面膜敷上去的感 覺，有如冰凍的奶油。當中的水楊酸成份，可以有效減少腫脹、暢通毛孔，以及軟化乾澀粗糙的皮膚，解決暗瘡以及毛孔粗大的問題。不過諾丁漢提醒，對奶製品或阿斯匹靈敏感的人不宜使用，而且面膜敷太多，反而會讓皮膚變薄變乾，要留意用量。乾性皮膚的人，可加多些蜜糖；油性皮膚的人可加多些優酪乳。
