梁啟源：沒核四 得蓋4,000座風機

中華經濟研究院董事長梁啟源昨（15）日指出，目前再生能源成本仍高，短期裝設太快恐對財政有巨大影響，此外，若要取代核四，至少要蓋4,000座風機，土地取得問題也需解決。

梁啟源以「台灣電力供需與再生能源政策」為題發表演說，他表示，雖然再生能源有無污染的優點，卻有不穩定等限制，即使這些限制可被未來科技突破，但台灣地狹人稠，風電和太陽能會面對土地取得不易的問題。
