剛才至合作金庫某分行兌現支票， 行員要求於票據背後除了背書之外加註聯絡電話， 我表示於法無據不願留下電話。 於是該行某行員（可能是管理職）就說：「沒關係把他的身分證影印下來！」 就拿去影印了。 我後來跟他們說金管會有規定支票兌現可以影印身分證嗎。 他們才把影本還我。 我想問，是不是真的有規定可以留我的聯絡電話？不留還直接影印我的身分證。 我拿回一份，不確定是否他還有一份。 我很不爽，請問如何申訴？向金管會？還是合庫的客服呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.167.228
