2國三少女偷化學毒物　偷摻水惡整被告「殺人未遂」

2名就讀國三的少女，因為與班上3名女同學有嫌隙，竟然在畢業前夕，趁著上實驗課時取得硫酸銅、硫酸鋅等化學毒物，加入在3名女同學的水壺內，導致3人喝下後出現上吐下瀉、肝功能受損等，其中1人還因此住院1個月。警方調查之後，將這2名少女依殺人未遂、傷害罪等移送少年及家事法院審理。

涉嫌在同學水壺中下毒的涂姓(16歲)和朱姓(15歲)少女，3月份還就讀高雄市某國中三年級時，趁著上理化實驗課時，將硫酸銅、硫酸鋅等化學毒物帶出實驗室，並在4月3日時，利用擔任值日生時，趁班上同學上體育課期間，偷偷將硫酸銅、硫酸鋅和粉筆灰等，加入王姓、李姓和徐姓等3名女同學的水壺內。

其中徐女喝了一口發現有異便不敢再喝，另外王女和李女喝下後，出現腹瀉、肝功能異常等狀況。根據《聯合報》報導，其中1人還因此住院1個月。被害少女事後將此事告知母親，因而通報導師，查出是涂姓和朱姓少女所為。

2名少女坦承自己在水壺內「加料」，並非故意下毒，她們稱說曾上網查到硫酸銅與硫酸鋅加水「只會腹瀉」，沒想到事情會這麼嚴重。2女表示因不滿遭王女3人辱罵，才會心生不滿想教訓。警方偵訊後依殺人未遂和傷害罪，移送高雄少年及家事法院審理。
