【台股盤中】黃文清：台股短線整理　年線有撐

【劉煥彥／台北報導】受到美股連3黑拖累，台股周四開低震盪，早盤多在平盤下震盪，且一度跌破7900點，最低跌至7894.18點，其中台積電（2330）一度跌至這波低點95.3元，聯電（2303）也跌破半年線，抑制大盤表現，但友達（2409）等面板股、仁寶（2324）及部分金融股續強，使跌幅不致擴大，並使大盤在午盤前由黑翻紅，估計今天成交值將放大至900億元以上。
 
不過台新投顧研究協理黃文清指出，台股外有美國QE可能在9~10月開始縮小規模的衝擊，內有重量級個股法說對第3季看法保守的影響，因此在8月14日上市櫃公司公布第2季財報的期限前，預期台股將維持整理格局，惟年線7784點應該有撐。
 
黃文清認為，台股8月會先下後上，後半月電子股可望重拾攻勢，帶領大盤向上表現。
