范佐憲回542旅 向士官而非軍官報告

軍檢問，范佐憲已不是542旅的人，為何不先以連上電話向長官報備，且連上有自動電話，卻直接開車進入連上。范佐憲辯稱，他有打給現任王姓士官長，但士官長休假，他在安官桌碰到輔導長，就請輔導長陪同進入拿東西。

軍檢問，為何不跟連上留守的軍官報告，卻跟士官長報告。范佐憲辯稱，因為不知道誰留守，「沒有想得很多」，士官長電話中有同意。

軍檢追問「整個連上決定權是士官長可以決定的嗎？」，范佐憲說不是。
