女遭痛毆聲請保護令　男友嗆：沒事就堵你

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名32歲楊姓男子在前年7月間，對同居女友拳腳相向，導致女友四肢多處瘀青，女友因害怕而聲請保護令獲准；此舉造成楊男不滿，傳簡訊嗆「我沒事就來堵妳，走路小心一點」，導致女友心生畏懼報警。

本周一全案偵結，檢察官依違反保護令將楊男移送法辦。
