IMF預警：冰島預算赤字目標恐難達成

國際貨幣基金(IMF)7日警告，冰島為了克服銀行危機所採取的措施，正對成長造成影響，冰島可能無法達到2013年的支出目標。

IMF在結束對冰島的例行年度審查之後表示，按照目前的走勢，由於較預定遲緩的成長、費用超支、以及低於預算編列的資產銷售等，冰島可能無法達成2013年的預算赤字目標。

IMF表示，現有的2014年收支預算目標，也可能因為昂貴的選舉承諾而承受壓力—包括減稅及放寬家庭債務減免，使得金融情勢仍然前景不明。

此外，雖然銀行的情勢有所改善，但仍依賴短期資金及受控制的存款，冰島當局仍需為了可持久性的成長強化銀行基礎體質。

儘管IMF和冰島政府對於2013年的經濟成長預估大致相同，分別是1.8%和1.9%，但IMF認為冰島明年的成長率將為2.1%，而非冰島當局預估的3.0%。
