網路囂張秀槍照 雖玩具槍仍移送

台南市警方接獲報案，指出有男子囂張的在網路上秀出六把長短槍，並嗆聲要讓台南市某位里長變成蜂窩。警方立即展開偵辦，最後雖然證明這六把槍都只是玩具槍，不具穿透殺傷力，但涉案人陳姓男子以及吳姓男子仍被依恐嚇等罪移送法辦。

台南市警方調查指出，涉案的陳姓男子因為與一名里長有糾紛，因而跟同樣與這名里長有紛爭的吳姓友人借來六把長短槍，共同在網路上PO上文章和槍枝圖片，公開對里長嗆聲，揚言要讓對方變成蜂窩。

警方據報，得知嫌犯擁有強大火力還囂張PO文極為震驚，立即組成專案小組全力偵辦。陳姓男子到案後，警方才發現這六把長短槍原來都只是沒有穿透殺傷力的玩具槍，但因外型幾可亂真，才會被誤認是真槍。雖然槍是假槍但恐嚇他人犯行明確，二名嫌犯被依法移送。
