指甲有衡紋.裂痕 身體健康出問題了嗎(附圖) 急 贈20點

最近覺得腳的指甲變得不光滑，而且會有一些紋路.. 之前有看到左腳上有橫紋 最近發現右腳也有 感覺看起來有點像指甲要分裂的樣子.... 這樣是不是代表我的身體健康出問題了?? 爬文看到有些人說 指甲上起橫線: 是更為危險的一種病態，開始的時候，橫線只在指甲的最下端顯露出來，隨著指甲的生長，而逐漸向上移動。精於此道的人，可以根據這橫線的位置。推算出發病的可能時期來。

天啊 看得我快嚇死了......請大家跟我說我是不是像文上說的有橫紋>< 還是我只是單純指甲乾燥裂開了...
