【黃揚明／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺上周二無法順利在立法院上台進行施政報告，明天立法院院會又要登場，民進黨團幹事長高志鵬今強調：「如果江宜樺院長明天還是不道歉的話，民進黨團會堅持不讓他上台的立場！」

民進黨團今中午將開黨團會議討論明天攻防策略，高志鵬說，立法院的僵局是馬江集團毀憲於先，江宜樺堅持不肯認錯於後，始作俑者、咎由自取的都是江宜樺，國民黨不要把議事空轉的後果推給民進黨，相信全國老百姓也會支持江宜樺不道歉就不能上台的最基本要求。

民進黨團書記長吳秉叡說，江宜樺若不道歉，「沒有江宜樺的行政院，我們也準備好了！」他強調，立法院不會空轉，相關委員會、議程都會繼續往前走，只有江宜樺會被遺忘。
