不滿林地住處遭拆　果農控林務局瀆職

【賴又嘉／台北報導】24-74行動聯盟不滿林務局利用民事訴訟狀告農民，強制執行南投梨山地區果農住處與林地，導致許多果農畢生心血全數遭砍，且無處可住，今天上午率領多名梨山地區果農到台北地檢署按鈴控告林務局，涉嫌瀆職、公共危險、偽造文書等罪名，指控林務局因政策錯誤，扼殺果農工作權跟生存權。
 
其中上月底因辦公室遭強制執行，憤而自殺獲救的南投縣仁愛鄉榮興村村長葉進，也到場控訴對林務局的不滿；另名本月26日林地即將被拆的96歲老農，也哀求希望林務局能在他往生後，再強制執行其林地。
