網購隱形眼鏡 被騙

去年在網路上和一個朋友買兩副同品牌隱眼

可是後來我退了一副

今年暑假才跟我說貨到了

他用line跟我說

''你買的隱眼,廠商有附贈水盒,
所以直接幫你放進水盒裡''

!!!!!!!???

有夠扯的= =

當別人是白痴嗎
後來我跟他講說
''我問過幾個網拍的
都說廠商是不能將客人的貨擅自打開的''

他就封鎖我fb了
(被封鎖還不只我一個)

她叫另一個同學把東西拿給我

可是我還沒拿,我根本不敢拿= =
叫他把隱眼還給她
給我一副全新有包裝的

1..隱眼根本不能確定是不是有人帶過
説不定還是他自己放的= =
2..退的錢少50塊

要在家人不知情的情況下
怎麼投訴她?
跟他用講的已經沒用了
