地下水庫不安全？ 李鴻源：有安全出水量

內政部長李鴻源表示，台灣各地都有建置地下水庫的潛力，他也向民眾解釋，地下水庫是一種地下涵水層的概念，只要符合安全出水量，就沒有安全疑慮。

經濟部中央地調所調查指出，南投的名竹盆地具有建置地下水庫的潛力，不過，當地居民表示，如果中央有意抽取地下水，居民一定反對。

對此，有水利工程背景的內政部長李鴻源解釋，地下水庫不是在地表下興建實體水庫，他表示，地下水庫是一種地下涵水層的概念。

『每一個地下水都有一個涵水層，每一個地下水涵水層都有一個安全的出水量，你可以在安全出水量下把水抽出來，不會造成太大衝擊』

李鴻源強調，只要符合安全出水量的標準，取用地下水都是安全的。
