信義計畫區「菜園」今法拍　每坪底價310萬

台北市信義計畫區中的「菜園」向來令人側目，3月初法拍時，華固建設更以每坪482.94萬天價，標下D1中的一塊菜園；今天又有另塊近84坪的菜園將法拍，媒體報導，預估總底價落在2億5975萬元，折算每坪底價約310萬元。
 
《自由時報》報導，這塊「菜園」位於松勇路53巷內，土地面積約83.79坪，現況為菜園、工寮，無任何租賃關係，拍定後可依現況點交。
 
這塊「菜園」地主有13人，其中12位是債務人，第13位地主是文心建設總經理葉曉甄，具有優先承買權資格。報導指出，這塊菜園緊鄰文心建設信義段G1住宅建案，文心為能確保取得土地產權，勢必出手競標。
