盧安達大樓倒塌 至少3人死亡

非洲國家盧安達東部一座興建中的建築物倒塌，至少3人死亡，估計大約50人被困，目前還不清楚為何這棟大樓會倒塌。

盧安達政府表示，意外發生在東北部城鎮尼亞加塔雷一棟興建中的四層樓建築，尼亞加塔雷位在首都基加利東北方約100公里。

盧安達災難管理部長穆甘塔巴納說：「目前初步資訊顯示，大約100人遭瓦礫堆壓住，還沒有辦法確定人數。」
