長澤雅美 清酒泡出美腿女王

【蘇威全╱綜合報導】日本女性深受O形腿、小腿太粗等問題苦惱，羨慕有雙美腿的女星，日本人氣網站「goo」上月票選「美腿女王」，米倉涼子、長澤雅美分別高票凍蒜70、80世代女星的冠軍。

米倉涼子拉筋塑形

37歲的米倉在主演日劇《35歲高中生》中裝嫩，穿起時下的高中女生制服不但不顯老，一雙美腿反而成為吸睛焦點。她表示，平常固定做伸展操、皮拉提斯維持身材線條，也常去做SPA，讓身體皮膚更緊實，隨著年齡增長，花在保養的時間也越長。
長澤雅美身高168公分，26歲的她表示通常在泡澡時，加入適量的日本清酒，加速新陳代謝，除了能改善手腳冰冷，也可緊實腿部肌膚。
