等級會有差異

漢承秦制有所損益

御史大夫通常是副相之位

而將位居首的是太尉

丞相通常是由御史大夫升任[例如張蒼/申屠嘉/陶青/公孫弘.....等等]，但也有由太尉升任的[例如周亞夫]
