海巡署深夜表示，去年總統大選前曾接獲民眾檢舉指稱菁茵荋生技販售的美麗纖減肥產品含西藥成份；海巡署查緝隊根據情資前往菁茵荋生技查緝，檢驗後發現美麗纖產品的確含有西藥成份，因此海巡署將全案依違反藥事法移送地檢署偵辦，據了解地檢署以沒有犯意理由不起訴處分。
