國內最高詐保案 許姓嫌犯押解返台

犯下在國內史上，最高金額詐保案的許姓建商，潛逃中國八年，今年8月底，在上海被逮捕，今天被刑事局押解返台。這名許姓建商和兩個兒子，涉嫌在12年前，共謀以詐死來詐騙鉅額的保險金，得手6千400多萬，如今許姓父子3人，都難逃法律制裁。 ==許姓嫌犯== 我會到地檢署說清楚 戴著帽子，低著頭，清楚回答問題，涉嫌以假死詐領保險金的許姓建商，被刑事局，從中國上海押解回台，要他說清楚，隱瞞了12年的詐保案情。 ==許姓嫌犯== （三千萬錢花去那裡了) 我不曉得 2001年許姓建商和妻子，在桃芝颱風來襲時，涉嫌製造墜崖的假車禍，94年以假護照，潛逃到中國，之後子女成功向保險公司，詐領到6400萬保金，儘管保險公司懷疑，這是密謀犯案，決定打官司，最後三審敗訴定讞，不過在最高法院判決前，許姓建商的妻子，在中國病逝，夫妻倆的假身分曝光，也讓詐保案被揭發。

==102.10.25刑事局 副局長 楊源明== 辦理死亡程序還有死亡過程中　因為身分確認問題　（子女）主動向基隆地檢署檢察官自白 被逮捕後，許姓嫌犯坦承犯案，他的二兒子則早在今年六月，就已向檢方自首，也供稱當初，是共同計謀，讓父母以假死詐保，來還清債務，而詐領的保金，8年後，也所剩無幾，只是小女兒分得的1400多萬，在上個月全數還給保險公司，如今許姓父子三人，都將依詐欺罪、偽造文書和國安法等罪，移送檢方繼續偵辦。
