【動新聞】老鶯歌新重劃　周邊房價飆漲

【方翊倩／綜合報導】這些年來雙北房價飆翻天時，新北市鶯歌區一直聞風不動，但最近也炒起來。房市專家Sway帶著在地人、60歲的張先生，在鶯歌區新焦點鳳鳴重劃區一帶，幫他找兒子娶媳成家屋兼三代同堂房。

今日出刊的《壹週刊》報導，住在車程十分鐘、大湳交流道附近的張先生，在桃園縣八德市公所上班，他說：「以前不知道，以為買個房子就好，那時透天厝跟公寓價格差不多，結果現在透天有土地可以改建，比公寓更值錢。我們住在三房舊公寓，媳婦娶進門就住不下了。」新成屋「陶墅館」66坪、4層半透天厝，未來規劃捷運三鶯線，1坪約21萬元，比起鶯歌旁桃園八德1坪25萬元便宜些。張先生很心動，但捷運站仍在「紙上畫畫」，建設利多還沒實現，找房實住最重要。
