不辦跨年了 中壢玩耶誕趴

桃園縣政府去年與中壢市公所同時舉辦跨年晚會，今年中壢市公所決定停辦，避免衝突。

桃園縣政府和中壢市公所同時舉辦跨年晚會的場面將成為歷史，今年中壢市公所已決定不辦跨年晚會，改辦耶誕晚會，希望能夠雙方辦活動不要衝突，「兩全其美」。

中壢市公所舉辦跨年晚會已10餘年，桃園縣政府比市公所晚了很多年才開始有跨年晚會，原本雙方各自在南北區舉辦，互不衝突，但去年有人指中壢市公所經費及規模超過縣政府，造成好像雙方「打對台」的印象，讓中壢市公所非常尷尬。

為避免跨年晚會同時舉辦，形成資源浪費，中壢市公所今年決定停辦跨年晚會，改為「耶誕晚會」，日期選在12月21日晚上7點到10點，縣政府還是維持跨年晚會，如此雙方不會「尬場」，人數不會分散，反而更加集中。

中壢市公所主管指出，今年經費約800萬元，已請到當紅的蕭敬騰、安心亞、杜德偉及謝金燕等多名藝人。

縣政府觀光行銷局表示，今年跨年晚會經費為640萬元，如無意外，應該在中路區段徵收開發工程內的公園舉行，容納人數比藝文特區還要多，去年參加跨年總共達35萬人次，今年移師中路舉辦，容納40萬人沒有問題。
