永和青年住宅舉辦活動　拉近社區距離

【郭寶懃／台北報導】「永和青年住宅」由老舊警察宿舍整建而成，以低於當地市場租金行情出租給青年朋友居住，因此入住青年主動奉獻專長與活力來服務回饋社區，除了平時定期聚集進行社區環境服務，今日晚上更舉辦「食在好社區‧今夜狗狗當家」活動，藉由活動拉近社區的凝聚力。

城鄉發展局局長張璠表示，現在都市社區都太冷漠，若有青年朋友願意投入社區服務的工作，不僅可以拉近社區的認同感，也能幫助整體社區往正面的發展，像是這11戶青少年在今年5月入住，在8月份遇到颱風，就主動加入社區防颱準備，是個正面的效應。
