正妹賣早餐 顧客：看到笑容就開心

26歲的李逸婷早上6點都在成大周邊賣早餐，吸引不少學生排隊。

住宜蘭的李逸婷就讀成功大學在職專班，長相甜美的她，希望畢業後能開間早餐店，於是改造老舊貨車成餐車，每天早上6點在成大周邊賣早餐，可愛親切的她，吸引不少學生一早就來排隊吃「正妹早餐」。

「早餐能帶給人們一天的活力」，26歲的李逸婷表示，一天中最重要的就是早餐，於是夢想能開間早餐店，不僅能帶給大家活力，更重要的是讓現代人吃得健康無慮。

李逸婷表示，清爽不油的西式早餐，像是歐姆蛋捲、生菜堡與豬肉蛋餅等，售價30到45元不等，每樣食材都是當天購買的新鮮蔬果與豬肉，現點現做，出餐速度也要快，不能讓客人等太久，更重要是一早不管臉有多水腫，都一定要有親切的笑容與服務態度。

「看到正妹老闆甜美的笑容就開心。」黃姓學生笑說，自己沒吃早餐的習慣，但衝著正妹老闆的笑容，現在每天都來光顧，反而養成早睡早起的習慣，精神體力都比以前好，吃早餐、換健康，又有正妹看，每天都是愉快的開始。
