郵務士與人發生車禍 負6成責任

中華郵政公司屏東郵局楊姓郵務士，99年6月3日下午騎機車投遞信件時，在麟洛鄉民生路和羅姓機車騎士發生車禍，羅送醫不治，羅的家屬向屏東地院請求侵權損害賠償告訴，法院認為楊要負責6成責任，今天判決他及公司要共同賠償266萬多元。全案還可以上訴。
